Multi Training Methods

It’s not all about running you know… last night was my first soiree onto the football pitch after undertaking this training regime. All was well until the calves started cramping up, but at the time you just have to run through it or let the team down!

Where it started to get really interesting was after I’d driven home and sat down for 5 minutes. All of a sudden movement was nigh on impossible. The cure? ICE BATH time. Cold cold cold, enough said!
